Slide 1 — • Reclassified royalty income (substantially all of which is related to Biopharma) from Other (income)/deductions––net to
Pfizer is providing the attached recasted unaudited historical product revenue tables for each of the quarters and full year 2023 to conform to our new presentation, which streamlines this information to focus on the performance of key products and potential future growth drivers, as well as to reflect the below changes which were effective January 1, 2024: • Reclassified royalty income (substantially all of which is related to Biopharma) from Other (income)/deductions––net to revenues and began presenting Royalty revenues as a separate line item within Total revenues in our consolidated statements of income. • Made changes in our commercial organization to incorporate Seagen Inc. Specifically, within our Biopharma reportable segment we created the Pfizer Oncology Division, the Pfizer U.S. Commercial Division, and the Pfizer International Commercial Division. Prior-period amounts reflected in the 2023 Product Revenue Tables have been recasted to conform to the current presentation. These changes have no impact on our previously reported consolidated operating income or net income.
