Slide 3 — Non-GAAP Financial Measures

Non-GAAP Financial Measures To supplement our financial results presented on a GAAP basis, we use non-GAAP measures, which exclude certain business combination accounting entries and expenses related to acquisitions and other significant expenses including stock-based compensation, that we believe are helpful in understanding our past financial performance and our future results. Our non-GAAP financial measures are not meant to be considered in isolation or as a substitute for comparable GAAP measures, and should be read only in conjunction with our consolidated financial statements prepared in accordance with GAAP. Today’s discussion includes certain non-GAAP financial measures. 3 Copyright © 2026, Oracle and/or its affiliates.

Slide 8 — $23B

Q1 2027 Balance Sheet and Cash Flow Highlights 1 – To supplement our statements of cash flows presented on a GAAP basis, we use non-GAAP measures of free cash flows to analyze cash flow generated from operations. Free cash flows is defined as operating cash flows minus capital expenditures. We believe free cash flow is also useful as one of the bases for comparing our performance with our competitors. 2 - Net cash outlay for capital expenditures is defined as capital expenditures, less (1) other short-term financing cash flow related to capital expenditures and (2) customer prepayments with significant financing component for capital expenditures. We believe this supplemental presentation of net cash outlay for capital expenditures is useful because it provides additional information about the cash requirement for funding of our capital expenditures and is used by management when forecasting expected capital expenditures. 8 $23B Operating Cash Flow $18B Net Cash Outlay 2 Net Capital Expenditures - $5B Free Cash Flow 1 $28B Total Capital Expenditures $20B Completed in Q1 ATM Equity Issuance Copyright © 2026, Oracle and/or its affiliates.
